Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and development of various architectural projects in the city of Horsens. Your main duties will include leading a team of architects, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality project deliverables
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop architectural solutions that meet their requirements
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure that construction plans are executed accurately and efficiently
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for projects, ensuring that expenses are within established limits
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Develop relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other industry professionals to keep up-to-date on new products, materials, and techniques

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field; professional certification preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in an architectural role, preferably in a managerial position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
