Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our hotel located in Washington, Canada. This individual will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in hotel sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all sales efforts support the hotel's overall goals
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs/preferences
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid visa or ability to obtain one for working in Canada
Salary:
1500$ per month plus bonuses based on performance
