We are hiring a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for our hotel. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify target markets and develop promotional plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through research and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and build relationships with potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
- Fluent English language skills required
