We are in need of a temporary Concierge to join our team in Odense. This position is perfect for someone who is looking for a short-term opportunity and has a passion for customer service. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk and guest services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from guests
- Make reservations for guests and provide information about the local area
- Handle guest complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Ensure the safety and security of the property by monitoring surveillance cameras

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
This is a temporary position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

This position is located in Odense, Denmark.
