Senior Architect

We are in need of a talented Senior Architect to join our team in Greenland. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. As a Senior Architect, you will also oversee a team of architects and designers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality project delivery.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of architectural principles and design techniques, as well as excellent project management skills. You should also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking abilities with an eye for detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within strict timelines

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month with accommodation provided. Preference will be given to candidates with biometric passports.
