Senior Architect - Greenland



We are hiring a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Greenland. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the design and construction process, from conceptualization to final completion. Your exceptional leadership and technical abilities will be utilized to manage projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure that all designs meet industry standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and budget
- Lead design teams in creating innovative and functional architectural solutions
- Develop detailed architectural plans, including technical drawings and specifications
- Oversee construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and technical details
- Conduct quality control checks on completed projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture, including project management experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software programs
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is preferred
