Concierge for a Luxury Hotel in Aalborg, Denmark

We are hiring a Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in the beautiful city of Aalborg, Denmark. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities happening in the city

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in hospitality or related field preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with the local area and its attractions
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
