As our Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, assisting with their needs and requests, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them upon arrival and providing information about the hotel and surrounding area.

Your duties will include making reservations for restaurants and activities, arranging transportation, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and maintaining the lobby area. You must possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of other languages is an advantage. As this is a part-time position, flexibility with working hours is necessary.
