Waiter/Waitress


We are a high-end restaurant located in the beautiful city of Horsens, known for its stunning landscapes and rich cultural heritage. We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus, take orders, and answer any questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and accuracy
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and work stations
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations or special events
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
- Must have excellent time management skills
