As a Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Braga. This role is perfect for recent graduates looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry while also having time to pursue other interests or commitments.

In this role, you will work closely with the full-time Restaurant Manager to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly. You will be responsible for supervising and training staff, managing inventory and ordering supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required. As this is a part-time position, we are open to hiring candidates of any nationality who have a valid work permit in Portugal.
