Architectural Technologist - La-Condamine, Monaco


We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in La-Condamine, Monaco. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and construction of various architectural projects. Your primary focus will be on creating detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications based on the requirements of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and solutions
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD or other software programs
- Prepare technical specifications for materials and construction methods
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with design plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)

Salary: $1400 per month
