Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This includes coordinating with clients, leading a team of architects and engineers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
- Lead a team of architects and engineers to ensure efficient project execution
- Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide solutions
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in managing architectural design projects from conception to completion
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Revit

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Fonvieille (accommodation not provided)

Language requirement: Fluent in English (French proficiency is a plus)
