Part-Time Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Architecture Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architecture projects, while also collaborating with the full-time architecture manager to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Review project proposals and provide feedback on feasibility and potential areas for improvement
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Support the full-time architecture manager in managing team members, delegating tasks, and providing guidance as needed
- Perform quality control checks to ensure projects meet company standards
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new technologies related to architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong time management skills

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
