Senior Architect - Horsens, Denmark

As a Senior Architect in our firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Your main role will be to ensure that all projects meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations. This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of architects and coordinating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors. Your attention to detail and ability to think critically will be essential in developing innovative solutions for our clients. Additionally, your strong communication skills will be vital in effectively collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects from concept development to construction.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop appropriate design solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility.
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an architect, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Danish language proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
