Senior Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative and functional designs that meet their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all stages of the design process, including conceptualization, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or other software.
- Conduct site visits and participate in meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers and other project team members to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated.
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Review contractor bids and assist in the selection process.
- Oversee construction phases to ensure that designs are implemented accurately.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect on commercial or residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
