Preservation Architect Assistant
We are searching for a detail-oriented and passionate Preservation Architect Assistant to join our team in Aalborg. As a Preservation Architect Assistant, you will work alongside experienced architects to assist with the preservation and restoration of historic buildings and structures. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for architectural preservation and a desire to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on historical buildings and structures
- Assist in creating preservation plans and proposals
- Work on site to assess building conditions and document findings
- Help with the development of restoration plans and specifications
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure project goals are met
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding project progress
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for restoration projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Knowledge of architectural history, preservation techniques, and building codes
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to travel to different project sites as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Aalborg but may require travel to different project sites within Denmark.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The exact schedule will be determined based on project needs.

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this position. However, candidates with previous experience in architectural preservation or related fields will be given preference.

Passport Requirements:
All applicants must have a valid biometric passport that allows them to travel within Europe without restrictions.

Nationality:
This position is open to all nationalities. However, candidates must have the necessary visa/work permit to work in Denmark.
