We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in the vibrant city of Esbjerg, Denmark. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to staff management, budgeting, inventory control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations
- Hire, train and supervise staff members
- Create schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or relevant field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills preferred)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with budgeting
- Familiarity with restaurant software systems (e.g. POS)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
