Restaurant Manager

The restaurant manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial management. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. They must also possess a strong understanding of budgeting and cost control to ensure the profitability of the restaurant. This position is based in Esbjerg, Denmark and does not include accommodation. A biometric passport is required for employment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and schedule staff
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Create and maintain budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial data
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in budgeting and cost control techniques
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Must have legal right to work in Denmark

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
