We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team in Almada, Portugal. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex web applications and ensuring their high performance and seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for creating efficient and elegant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex web applications using modern technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Collaborate with designers to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility across multiple devices and browsers
- Troubleshoot issues reported by users and provide timely resolutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in web development techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in fullstack development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material UI
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with AWS or other cloud services
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
- Previous experience in e-commerce or fintech industry
