We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part Time Administrator to join our team in Bergen. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and providing support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary
- Process and file paperwork, including invoices and expense reports
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
- Assist with organizing company events and coordinating travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, such as contact details and vacation requests
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1300$ per month (pro-rated for part time hours)
