Junior IT Manager


As a Junior IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's information technology systems. Your main duties will include maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, managing software and hardware installations, and ensuring data security and backup procedures are in place. You will also assist in the development of new IT policies and procedures, as well as provide training and support to employees on various technology tools. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate with a strong interest in IT management and excellent problem-solving skills. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train and support employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an IT support role is preferred but not required
