The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience as an office assistant and is highly organized and detail-oriented. They should be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, booking appointments, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies. The candidate should also have strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. This is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and appointments for office staff
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Keep track of office expenses and maintain records
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
