As a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef at our high-end restaurant in Odense, Denmark, you will be responsible for creating unique and delicious desserts and pastries that will delight our customers. You will work closely with our head chef to develop new menu items and ensure that all pastries are made to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include managing inventory, ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness in the pastry kitchen, and training junior pastry chefs. You must have a strong understanding of flavor combinations and be able to innovate while also following traditional techniques.
