Experienced Metal Worker
We are seeking an experienced Metal Worker to join our growing team in La-Condamine. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for shaping, cutting, and joining metal pieces to create various products such as structures, furniture, and machinery. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or specifications to determine project requirements
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal pieces
- Operate welding equipment to join metal pieces together
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of metal and their properties
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using hand/power tools
- Skilled in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina as the job may involve heavy lifting at times
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month without accommodation. However, we offer flexible working hours for students who are looking for part-time jobs.
Location:
This position is located in La-Condamine, which is a beautiful coastal city known for its vibrant culture and stunning beaches. Our company is easily accessible by public transportation.
Visa Requirements:
