Babysitter in Faroe Islands


We are looking for a reliable and responsible babysitter to join our family in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As a babysitter, you will be responsible for providing care and supervision for our children while we are at work or away from home. This is a live-in position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for our children
- Prepare meals and snacks, ensuring they are nutritious and suitable for the child's age
- Change diapers, dress and bathe the children as needed
- Facilitate educational activities and playtime to promote their physical, mental and social development
- Monitor their behavior and ensure they follow household rules
- Respond to any emergencies or accidents that may occur
- Communicate with parents about their child's daily activities, progress and any concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare is preferred but not required
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
- Must be comfortable working without supervision and have good time management skills
- Must be physically fit and able to keep up with active children
- Must be fluent in English or Danish (the language spoken in Faroe Islands)
- Preference given to female applicants

- A salary of 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
