Team Leader for IT Support Team
As the Team Leader for our IT Support team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of technical support specialists in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your role will also involve coaching and mentoring team members, conducting performance evaluations, and developing strategies to improve team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technical support specialists
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the IT Support team
- Provide guidance and support to team members in handling customer inquiries and issues
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement strategies to address them
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to provide excellent service
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support or related role
- Proven experience in leading and managing a high-performing technical support team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using various software applications
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Location: Roskilde, Denmark (Preference for local candidates)
Salary: $1000/month (Negotiable based on experience)
