Team Lead - Roskilde, Denmark


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Lead to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring the successful completion of projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve project goals
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues or concerns
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth project workflow

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership position is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software such as Trello or Asana
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
