Executive Chef
Location: Odense, Denmark
We are in search of a skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our customers. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, creating menus, and maintaining food quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management
- In-depth understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to create innovative menus based on seasonal ingredients
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, menu planning, and staff management
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality meals are consistently delivered
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create new menus based on seasonal ingredients and changing customer preferences
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary working environment
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
Salary: 1600$ per month (without accommodation)
