Architecture Manager (Indian Nationals Preferred)

The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects within our company. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of architects and designers. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of architectural principles, as well as experience in project management and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycle
- Review project proposals and ensure they meet all necessary requirements and standards
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, techniques, and construction processes
- Proven experience in project management including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Indian nationality preferred
