Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for our hotel in Herning. You will utilize your strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients. You will also analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending events
- Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Prepare sales reports and present them to management
- Monitor sales performance against targets and make adjustments as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management, preferably in the Herning area
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of the local market trends and competitors
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
