IT Manager - Los Angeles

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology infrastructure in Los Angeles. As an Indian-owned company, we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$, and accommodation will be provided. Visa sponsorship can also be arranged for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of all systems.
- Manage and maintain the company's network, servers, and computer systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor system performance and security, ensuring data privacy and protection.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Oversee software updates, installations, and maintenance.
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with various operating systems, databases, and software applications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are a plus.
