We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As the IT Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technologies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure the security of our systems through regular updates and backups
- Stay current with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Develop policies and procedures for data management and security

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and data management
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay updated with emerging technologies
