Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager in Karachi, Pakistan


We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel. You will also be in charge of managing the sales team and ensuring they meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and negotiations with clients
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure a coordinated approach towards achieving overall hotel goals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client information, contracts, and revenue reports

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Biometric passport
- Ability to work without accommodation
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Must be eligible to work in Pakistan for any nationality

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month plus incentives based on performance.
