Senior Body Repair Master

As a Senior Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. You will use your expert knowledge and skills to assess damage, determine the best methods for repair, and complete the necessary tasks to restore vehicles to their pre-accident state. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as strong problem-solving and time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess damage to vehicles and determine the best methods for repair
- Perform body repairs using various tools and techniques such as welding, sanding, painting, and dent removal
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed within specified time frames
- Communicate with customers about repairs and provide updates on progress
- Train and mentor junior body repair technicians
- Keep work area clean and organized for safety purposes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in body repair in an automotive or collision repair setting
- Expert knowledge of various body repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex repairs to customers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in automotive or collision repair from a recognized institution
- Experience working with luxury or high-end vehicles
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Danish)

Location: This position is based in Vejle, Denmark. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1100 per month. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, retirement savings plan, and more.
