Nurse Supervisor

We are a healthcare facility in Eschen looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing staff, ensuring that high-quality patient care is provided and all policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor our team of nurses, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor patient care to ensure it meets established standards and policies
- Train new nurses on facility protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle any issues or concerns raised by patients or their families in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, staff schedules, and budget allocation

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in Eschen or willingness to obtain one through visa sponsorship
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a nurse supervisor or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in other languages is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
