Network and Systems Administrator


We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Horsens. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and securing our company's network and computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation and identify any issues or inefficiencies
- Troubleshoot network problems and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus software, and other security measures
- Maintain data backups and disaster recovery plans
- Upgrade network equipment and software as needed to ensure high performance and security
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology or improve existing systems
- Provide technical support to users for network-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in networking technology and recommend improvements to current systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols, TCP/IP networking, DNS/DHCP/VPN configurations, VLANs, etc.
- Experience with Cisco routers/switches/firewalls preferred
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good time-management skills
- Strong communication skills

Salary: 1000$ (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Horsens (no accommodation provided)
