Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and other natural features. Your main duties will include collecting data using specialized equipment, analyzing the data to create maps and reports, and ensuring accuracy and precision in all surveying work. This role requires experience in land surveying and a biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land and natural features using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect data on distance, angles, elevations, boundaries, and other relevant information
- Analyze survey data to create accurate maps, charts, and reports
- Ensure precision and accuracy in all surveying work
- Communicate with team members to coordinate surveying activities
- Follow safety procedures while working in outdoor environments
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology related to land surveying
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects requiring land surveying expertise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying required
- Experience using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or GIS software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Biometric passport required
