Office Manager
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and productivity. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, and supervising office staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Create and maintain a filing system for important documents.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, arrange for repairs when necessary.
- Prepare reports and presentations for upper management.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to the office.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship available.
Preferred Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Prior experience managing a team is a plus.
Salary: $1300/month
