Office Manager
We are currently hiring an Office Manager to join our team in Ashdod. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, and providing support to our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the administrative staff, including receptionists and clerical workers
- Create and maintain office procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Schedule meetings and appointments as requested by management
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Support HR department with employee onboarding processes
- Assist with budget planning and tracking expenses
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and budgets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Previous experience in an office manager or administrative role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Experience working in a contract job setting
