Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Braga, Portugal. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays that arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Primavera P6)
- Fluent in Portuguese (English proficiency is a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position. This is an urgent position so we are looking for someone who can start immediately. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for this role. Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Portugal.
