Job Title: Part-Time Construction Manager in Porto


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Porto on a part-time basis. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget. This role does not offer accommodation, however, we will provide a free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Porto
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1700$ per month.
