Entry Level Construction Manager


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Construction Manager to join our team in Porto. As an Entry Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Review project plans and make suggestions for improvements or cost-saving measures
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are being met
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Porto, however remote work options may be available.

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this entry level position. However, previous internships or experience in the construction industry would be beneficial.
