We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving computer systems and processes within our organization. You will work closely with IT teams, business departments, and management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in computer systems and processes.
- Collaborating with IT teams to develop and implement solutions that address identified issues.
- Monitoring system performance and making recommendations for enhancements or upgrades.
- Providing technical support to users for troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors.
- Documenting system processes, procedures, and changes for future reference.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in computer systems analysis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Computer Systems Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, databases, and operating systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1100 per month.
