Part-Time Administrator


We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Copenhagen. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to our staff. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize company records, including invoices, contracts, and employee files
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Respond to emails and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and billing
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
