Head Baker - Vilnius, Lithuania

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations in Vilnius. This includes managing a team of bakers, creating and executing new recipes, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring quality control. You must have prior experience as a baker and possess excellent leadership skills. This is a contract position with the opportunity for a permanent role. Salary: $1000 per month

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a baker
- Experience managing a team
- Expertise in creating and executing new recipes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Preference for Indian nationality and female candidates

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bakery operations
- Supervise and train bakery staff
- Develop new recipes and maintain existing ones
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure quality control standards are met at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery area
