Job Title: Contract Civil Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Civil Engineer to join our team in Almada. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of various civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structural design principles and be able to effectively manage project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data for project planning
- Prepare detailed designs, plans, and specifications for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project plans meet all necessary requirements
- Oversee construction progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position. Accommodation and transportation will also be provided.

Location:
This position is located in Almada, a beautiful coastal city in Portugal known for its rich history and stunning architecture. While Portuguese nationality is preferred, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally eligible to work in Portugal.
