Full-Time Handyman in Almada

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Almada. As a Handyman, your primary responsibility will be to perform various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Biometric passport is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed
- Install fixtures such as shelves, blinds, curtain rods, etc.
- Repair or replace broken appliances or equipment
- Handle basic landscaping tasks such as mowing lawns and trimming bushes
- Keep track of inventory for supplies and order new materials when needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures when using tools or working at heights
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
