Part Time Commercial Architect
Location: La-Condamine, Monaco


We are in search of a talented and driven Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect looking to work on diverse projects and have a flexible schedule.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using design software
- Prepare construction documents, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this part-time position.
