Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our team in Kolding. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Assign tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate project progress to all stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and address any issues
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare project reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Salary:
Starting salary of 1400$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
