Job Title: Glazier Supervisor


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Glazier Supervisor to join our team in Khanpur. As a Glazier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of glaziers and ensuring that all glass installation and repair projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of glaziers, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and training as needed
- Inspect work sites to assess project requirements and ensure safety standards are met
- Measure, cut, and install glass in various settings including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Repair or replace damaged glass in windows, doors, or other structures
- Operate tools such as drills, saws, grinders, and glass cutting equipment
- Ensure all work is completed according to industry regulations and company policies
- Keep accurate records of materials used and hours worked by team members
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide quality customer service
- Oversee inventory levels of supplies and materials needed for projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; vocational training or apprenticeship in glazing preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a glazier with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Ability to interpret blueprints or drawings
- Knowledge of different types of glass, tools, equipment, adhesives, sealants used in glazing
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team

Salary:
